Exceptional

Everything was great! We got the apartment which is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are also comfortable so there is nothing we missed. There is also free parking in front of the house. As far as I saw the public transportation and hiking bus stops are also nearby since the place is super central (still quiet though). Oh, and the host is so so nice and fun :) She helped us with tips on where to hike, what to do, where to eat, even lent us some hiking gear. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Insgesammt hatte ich auch auf Grund des modernen Internetauftritts ein anderes Haus erwartet.

Das Frühstück ist wohl standard, für mich war alles vorhanden. Die Auswahl und Abwechslung könnte natürlich immer verbessert werden.

Die Lage direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse ist teilweise sehr belastend. Der Verkehr beginnt sehr früh 4 oder 5 Uhr. Man muss dann Fenster schließen und weil alles ungewohnt ist, ist die Nacht meistens beendet. Internet oft wackelig. Private Fernsehsender waren nicht zu finden, dafür öffentlich rechtlich mehrfach. Im Garten so gut wie keine Möglichkeit sich aufzuhalten, auszuruhen oder sich mal zu einem Gespräch zu treffen. Man möchte sich ja auch mal über dies oder jenes ausstauschen. Alle Gäste sind nachmittags und abends außer Haus oder auf den Zimmern. Die Nähe der Strasse macht es allerdings auch nicht angenehm. Der Familienanschluss war durch die angrenzenden private Räume mit zahlreichen Kindern , Großeltern und weiteren Verwandten zum Frühstück besonders eng.

Mehr als ein Gästehaus!

Wir hatten die komfortable Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück als kostenloses Upgrade. Sehr bequeme Matratzen, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, kleines, aber ausreichendes Duschbad, zwei Balkone. Der großzügige Eingansbereich hat etwas Besonderes und wirkte gleich einladend. Im Keller ein neuer und liebevoll eingerichteter Wellnessbereich mit allem Komfort. Für ein "Gästehaus" eine Überraschung für uns - Hotel Niveau. Frühstück mit allem, was man braucht, Eierspeise frisch zubereitet nach Wunsch, zuvorkommender Service. Freundliche, familiäre Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und danken herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft!

Authentisch bayrisch

Ein sehr authentisches, familienbetriebenes Gästehaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist total zentral mitten in Wallgau. Das Zimmer beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt: Wir haben ein Babybett erhalten und unser Zimmer wurde sogar so umfunktioniert, dass wir noch genügend platz haben samt Zusatzbett und erhielten beim Frühstück einen Hochstuhl für unseren Sohn. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Auch der Garten mit Spielsachen und Trampolin konnten genutzt werden. Überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Zimmer sind (bzw. unseres war) recht hellhörig und hell (Vorhänge). Hat uns jedoch kaum gestört!

Das große und sehr saubere und helle Badezimmer. Sehr Gastfreundlich und ein gutes Frühstück. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out.

Es gab leider keine Steckdose auf der linken Seite des Doppelbetts.

Das Zimmer war exzellent sauber und die Frottetücher haben fein gerochen. Die Möbel und Ausstattung könnte etwas aufgepeppt werden.

Es war recht lärmig im Gang bis spät am Abend und am Morgen in der Früh. Ringhöriges Zimmer. Jedoch war meines auch an einem Hauptverkehrspunkt direkt vor der Treppe,-)!

Ich komme gern wieder.

Ich hatte diese Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise aus Italien gebucht. Ich bin lediglich für 1 Übernachtung im Gästehaus Zunterer gewesen. Besonders auffallend war die Freundlichkeit der Gastwirte, insbesondere am Frühstückstisch. Die Atmosphäre hat also gepasst. Ich komme gern wieder, dann für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Das Gästehaus liegt an der Hauptstraße in Wallgau. Tagsüber ist daher das Rauschen der Autoreifen des Durchgangsverkehrs präsent. Abends oder nachts besteht dieses "Problemchen" nicht und der "Städter" kann es tagsüber sicherlich ausblenden. Also kein wirkliches Problem.

Gute Ausgangslage in alle Richtungen, Walchensee, Mittenwald ,Garmisch, Sylvenstein Mautstraße, Zugspitze, Partnachklamm, in Wallgau gute Gastwirtschaften.

Manchmal ein bisschen viel Verkehr durch die Ortschaft.
