The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to with the service provided. Answered all of our numerous questions. Would definitely return there.
The breakfast spread is amazing. So much to choose from and fresh. We didn’t need to eat lunch.

Very good location. Rooftop breakfast area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mahmut and Laila who work in the breakfast area. Everyone was eager to please. Nazli, daytime receptionist, was very helpful and always greeted with a friendly smile.
The cleaning could be a little more thorough. The bath products could be better quality. They could offer free water daily instead of trying to make money by overcharging for little bottles of water that cost nothing. The same goes for charging an extra 5 Euros for a scrambled egg. This doesn’t make business sense and just irritates guests. The tattooed evening reception guy could be friendlier.

The staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good with plenty of varieties.
Location is good, 5-10 mins walk to main attractions, bazaar, shops, restaurants and metro.
The accommodation is undergoing refurbishment which was not mentioned when booking. The workmen were making a lot of noise and leaving debris around.
The bedding did not get changed for the 5nights duration and had to ask for clean towels.
The TV didn’t work for first 2 nights, and the internet was very slow.
