Location is very good. It is near Sultanahmet. 3-5 minutes walking. Breakfast was good enough. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful

Since the hotel is located on a slight slope, it was difficult to get up and down with a stroller and suitcases. Only the bathroom is not good. It is too small for me.

One of the staff from uberkiztan doesn't understand english and was rude! On arrival, no welcoming words, no smiling and just ask for passport to check in. No proper instruction and look miserable. Maybe i arrived early morning and disturbing his sleeping time!.I don't understand why people gave good comments abt this hotel!. That staff always in high tone and answer wrong when i ask something. I asked him nicely abt check out time is it 12 noon and he answer in rude with not possibble midnight!😂 They don't use tree socket and it's far to walk to the shop!! The corridor, stairs was smelly! The room phone wasn't working and i had reported but no action taken so i have to come down each time i need something!. The breakfast is average. I swear i will never come back to this hotel! Totally nightmare for me!
