Apple Tree Hotel

Location was excellent and staff were very cooperative and friendly

Rooms were small especially the economy double ones

Perfect location if you want to explore everything on foot. Restaurants and shops next door. Super nice staff.

WiFi signal was quite weak. No ventilation in the bathroom so I gets quite hot.

Great location. Superb buffet breakfast. Was able to go to my room earlier than check in with no extra charge. I was assisted with my bag to get to the bus stop when I left. My every need was met easily.

One of the staff from uberkiztan doesn't understand english and was rude! On arrival, no welcoming words, no smiling and just ask for passport to check in. No proper instruction and look miserable. Maybe i arrived early morning and disturbing his sleeping time!.I don't understand why people gave good comments abt this hotel!. That staff always in high tone and answer wrong when i ask something. I asked him nicely abt check out time is it 12 noon and he answer in rude with not possibble midnight!😂 They don't use tree socket and it's far to walk to the shop!! The corridor, stairs was smelly! The room phone wasn't working and i had reported but no action taken so i have to come down each time i need something!. The breakfast is average. I swear i will never come back to this hotel! Totally nightmare for me!
