Calm and comfortable stay

Second floor with beds more suitable for kinds and not so comfortable for adults, newer the less for one night it did not make any inconvenience.

A good stay in a beautiful part of Italy

I liked the room which was spacious and well equipped although there was as noticed by other guests a faint smell suggestive of sewers in our room which was a little off putting although did vary in intensity. The pool was lovely- a couple of chairs to put towels on whilst swimming would have been helpful. Breakfast was good and served by a lovely lady called Daniella who was most helpful in arranging my taxi to the airport. The accommodation is a way out of Pisa so a car is really essential and taxis to the airport are VERY expensive. Overall a good stay in a beautiful part of Italy

Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

The host is charismatic and welcoming. The setting stunning and handy for the airport. The winery building and neighbouring historic aquaduct fascinating and charming. It was wonderfully quiet despite the road immediately next to the property. The guests were clearly also in awe of the beautiful gardens and BONUS! The pool so refreshing after a tiring day out to Lucca. Even the owner's is a friendly character and played the fool with my daughter.

We had to leave early so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The room had a mezzannine level with 2 small beds which was a good use of space but because we stayed during summer it was a little too warm for us Brits. We had to leave the aircon on all night but it was quiet and efficient.

Exceptional

From the first moment I contacted the owner, Francesco, he was courteous, kind and willing to help. Originally, we were only going to stay for one night and extended to two nights after changing our plans. What s brilliant move. The pool was so wonderful for the kids, the breakfast was filling and the rooms were adorable and clean. Love the colors and the vibrant decor.

Nice B&B close to Pisa

The area itself was very nice but close to the main road. The apartment was OK. I expected bigger pool but it was good at least to cool down during hot day.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sichere Lage, abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Mit Pool und schönem Garten. Sehr nette Hausdame, die sehr gut deutsch spricht und Tipps gibt.

Es wäre Mücken Schutz am Fenster hilfreich.. Gutes Italienisches Frühstück, etwas internationaler wäre schön.

soggiorno impeccabile, il Sig. Filippo bravissimo nel consigliare posti da vedere o da mangiare. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Lucca e Pisa e dintorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente, buona base per chi vuole partire per la Sardegna.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr nette Besitzer und auch das Personal. Alles Sauber. Liegt in einem Abgeschlossenen Grundstück am Rande von Pisa. Schönes großes Grundstück mit Bäumen und Pool. Auf Nachfrage gab es Käse zum Frühstück

Frühstück nur italienisch süß stand nicht in der Anzeige. Die Abflugschneise vom Flughafen Pisa geht ûber das Grundstück, allerdings nachts sind keine Flüge zu hören.

Un' oasi di pace

Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e disponibile, la camera era bella e pulita, ma soprattutto questa struttura è dotata di un giardino strepitoso con piscina ed è in una zona tranquilla vicino a Pisa. Buona la colazione e molto carina la ragazza che ci ha servito. Se siete alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo questo b&b è perfetto!

Agréable séjour dans les environs de Pise , pour voyageurs motorisés.

Chambre agréable , sur mezzanine pour lit 1 place . Piscine agréable , de bonne dimension . Joli jardin . Petit-déjeuner complet sucré .

N'oubliez pas votre propre serviette de bain pour aller à la piscine sinon c'est payant. Volume de la chambre correct pour quelques jours mais pas très grand pour une famille . Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à Pise ; peu de restaurants aux alentours. Peu de place pour petit-déjeuner dehors .

Alles bestens, sehr nette Besitzer, schöner Pool und nur 5 min bis Pisa. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Süßes Frühstück, es gibt aber auch Müsli und Obst. Für uns hat alles gepasst.
