A hidden gem and perfect getaway, with hosts that truly care and make the difference

Cathy and Marc were exceptional hosts - making us not only feel welcomed but also truly looked after as their guests. They own and live on the property, which used to be an old flour mill, and have refurbished it to a wonderful quality with modern amenities alongside a traditional, rustic charm. Throughout our stay, we felt like we were welcomed to share their home, rather than clients passing through, and it is clear that they built the property the same way - with love, and to last. Everything was thoughtful and done with quality and love, rather than as a quick and easy fix. No stone was left unturned or little detail missed in creating the best guest experience possible. From a vegetable garden to outdoor seating, lounge chairs and hammocks across their HUGE garden and property, to a fully stocked kitchen in our house equipped with everything from sieves to salad spinners, plus more than enough bin bags, toilet paper and other essentials for a full stay, we never were left in need of anything - they had literally thought of everything we would need. We could not recommend this place more and cannot wait to return one day.

Our stay was perfect in every way and I'm sure many other guests will feel the same. There is however one thing any guest needs to be prepared for. In spite of our hosts' best efforts (there are multiple new high-speed routers everywhere in the building) - the wifi is terrible especially indoors. This is no doubt a result of being in an old building with solid stone walls that are 8-12 inches thick in certain parts of the property, depending when they were first constructed. It's a great opportunity to switch off and disconnect - but may not be best for those who are planning to take conference calls from their vacation.

Merci infiniment / The best place to stay in the Luberon

Don't know where to start. There are soo many things we are exited about! The welcoming was very warm and hearty, Marc and Catherine showed us around and brought us cool drinks of our choice for free. The big, beautiful garden with fresh vegetables Catherine invited us to pick for ourselfs. The breakfast was "formidable", Catherine asked us about our preferences and we had fresh baguette and croissant every morning. One day I needed something from the pharmacie, Catherine helped me with everything! She talked to her doctor, drove me to the pharmacie and translated everything for me. The next morning she invited me for a run around the countryside. It was a pleasure for each one of us!

Semplicemente tutto. Dalla tranquillità del posto agli spazi alla pulizia. Inoltre i Cathy e Marc sono eccezionali, ti fanno sentire a casa. I muri spessi garantiscono privacy e fresco

Nulla. Chiaramente si tratta di un vecchio mulino con un rivo d’acqua nelle vicinanze quindi c’è qualche zanzara. Ma basta un po’ di autan… 😊

Wunderschöne Tage mit guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt an diesem einzig

Die wunderbare Lage mit viel natürlichem Schatten und mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im grossen Garten. Die alten Bäume, das geschichtsträchtige Haus mit seinen dicken Mauern, welche das Innere so angenehm kühl halten auch bei brütender Sommerhitze. Der Whirlpool, das Tauchbecken, E- Bikes zur Nutzung (sogar eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum gibt es, haben wir im Sommer nicht genutzt). Cathy und Marc sind herzliche, natürliche und offene Menschen!
