Beautiful building in Mane

Beautiful converted arched stone stable. Access to pool and separate back yard. Hosts were really hospitable. Great location in Mane with much to see and do in surrounding area.

Quite cool inside initially due to stone building. Ran heaters out of season which fixed the temperature.

Beautiful Accommodation in Mane

We loved the pool and the private garden area with outdoor seating and the BBQ. We stayed for two nights and wished we stayed for more. The owners are very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as can be, but they cannot speak much English, very limited. Regardless, we didn't need much communication as we already knew the area and where we had to go to see the lavender fields. I'd suggest you rent a car as it is nearly impossible to get around without it. I would definitely recommend a stay here as it is a beautiful little town. Remember mosquito spray, there are many!

There wasn't much that we didn't like except for the breakfast. They had coffee, cereal, yogurt, bread, and jam. I'm not a big cereal fan so would have preferred some eggs. A suggestion to the owners to perhaps give eggs as an option.

Private and peaceful - just what we wanted.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property which had a lovely garden and was extremely quiet and private - just what we wanted. We felt a little like hobbits given the nature of the property with its solid walls and curved ceilings but the property was very well equipped and full of interesting decorations. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.

We loved our stay in Mane and we loved Colette and Allan. Interesting and unique.

Most generous and best breakfast in all of our 16 days in Provence. Hosts were helpful in suggestions and so kind and friendly. House was quiet, serene and pool was lovely. Lots of space, shower was great.Grounds were private and well maintained with love. Washing machince a real plus. Location to lots of things to do was ideal for us.

It wouldve been great to have salt, pepper and sugar. We were confused about option for breakfast and meal, so be sure to have breakfast. The town of Mane has only two places to eat so that was not so convenient. Lighting in the house was dim, air circulation limited. If you dont like caves this is not the palce, as the design inside is all stone, but very cozy.

Great self catering option , with a lovely garden and use of pool in pretty village.

Pretty view from the terrace over the garden and use of the owners pool. A good location in Mane which is a pretty village with a few good good shows and nearby is an old priory to visit which has gardens displaying the origins of plants around the world and a medieval garden showing what was available in France at that time. Very friendly owners and dog .

Previously being a cellar the accomodation is a naturally a little dark but beautifully cool. The outside steps up to the terrace are a little uneven .

Séjour détente et enrichissant

La situation géographique est idéale. La grande voûtée a été aménagée avec goût. Colette et Alain ont été aux petits soins pour nous (panne de voiture). Ce sont d'adorables propriétaires avec lesquels nous avons eus de nombreux échanges intéressants. La piscine est très bien entretenue et l'espace extérieur est agréable.

Bellissima esperienza provenzale

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni ad agosto. Le pareti in pietra rendono fresca la casa, non serve un climatizzatore. Il patio e la piscina privata sono un plus davvero favoloso . Proprietari accoglienti e casa pulita, con un bel bagno nuovo

Les hôtes sont très gentils et chaleureux. Nous avons très bien accueilli. Le gîte est très bien situé , avec un jardin privatif et l’accès à la piscine .

Parfait. Quel superbe séjour!

Le logement était superbe avec des voutes magnifiques, conforme aux photos: confortable, fonctionnel, propre, très bien agencé et décoré avec gout. La location comporte un jardin privé pour les locataires: c'est vraiment un plus très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont un couple charmant! Une location que je recommande vivement.

Angenehme Woche mit interessanter Kultur und Natur in der Umgebung

Sehr entgegenkommende und diskrete Gastgeber. Raum blieb auch bei Hitzewelle angenehm kühl. Pool klein, aber angenehm für eine abendliche Erfrischung. Küche gut ausgestattet. Doppelbett einigermaßen schwankungsfrei. Doppel-Bettdecke muss man mögen. Mane ist ein pittoresker Ort. Lebensmittel im Ort und in Faurcalquier. Laden für Elektro-Auto am besten in Manosque (Lidl, Tesla u.a.)

Parken auf P direkt neben dem Grundstück ist zwar kostenfrei und meist einfach, man muss aber sehr strategisch parken, um sein Auto vor Vogelkot zu schützen. Türschloss an der Wohnung ist nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen. Korkenzieher vermisst. W-LAN besonders abends unbeständig (Provider-Problem).

L'accueil, la gentillesse de Colette et d'Alain, la maison de pierres, ses terrasses, la piscine, le confort et l'emplacement du logement en le village de Mane. C'est mon quatrième séjour en ce lieu magnifique.

Authentisch, nett, liebevoll

Sehr schön gelegen. Authentisch. Es handelte sich quasi um das Nebengebäude des Objektes, welches Liebevoll aufbereitet wurde. Trotzdem war alles so angelegt, dass man für sich war. Bei den Eigentümern handelt es sich um ein superliebes Paar, das sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht war. Traumhaft und einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Proprietaria davvero ingannevole. Ci ha chiesto 100€ di cauzione in contanti perché avendo bambini temeva potessero danneggiare qualcosa. Abbiamo trovato casa sporca e piena di polvere, ma siamo stati tolleranti perché ho capito che era lei che se ne occupava, è molto anziana. Al ritorno ha trattenuto 20€ di quella cauzione, perché sosteneva che avessimo prenotato tramite Booking senza un preavviso telefonico. Non mi è chiaro perché avrei dovuto farlo. Per 20€ insomma siamo andati via, non valeva la pena stare lì a discutere, però consiglio vivamente di evitare questa struttura. Esperienza pessima.
