Spacious gite overlooking the Cher river

lovely gite with view to the river. Spacious for a couple with king size bed and bubble bath.

Patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable. Very steep and narrow road up to the gite.

Great base to explore the loire and Cher.

Location, lovely and quiet and beautiful well equipped garden with far reaching views. Kitchen really well equipped and top quality. Bathrooms likewise and really useful to have one on each floor.

Whilst we didn't need the heating on, it would've been nice to be able to use the towel rails for days that it wasn't warm/dry enough to leave them outside to dry.

The gite was very well equiped. A beautiful restored house in a small village. Wonderfull garden with stunning views. Great surroundings and close to the river Cher.

Central for visiting towns of the Loire valley. Rained everyday for a week still went sightseeing!

Road to the Gite very steep and narrow especially at top if you had a large car could easily be damaged on the stone wall and turning to get out of Gite gates. Barking dogs virtually constant. First couple of days builders renovating house which will probably be ongoing for a while. Luckily there were only the two of us so we moved into back bedroom managed to sleep later than 8.30 am.

La struttura è bellissima. Ci sono piaciuti tanto la zona salotto e le camere. L'arredamento e lo spazio esterno. Comoda la posizione. Cortese l'host con la quale abbiamo avuto scambi di messaggi. Sicuramente struttura consigliata.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura anche per la vasca idromassaggio dato che era un weekend di anniversario e avremmo voluto goderci anche così il relax, invece non era funzionante per un problema credo momentaneo. L'abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver già riempito tutta la vasca con acqua calda, così che non c'era più acqua calda per farsi la doccia, ma solo fredda. E' stata quindi una spiacevole sorpresa.

Un gîte parfait et bien situé !

Le gîte Chaumont est très agréable. La maison est joliment décorée et chaque pièce est parfaitement bien équipée (à noter une bonne literie). Grâce à la petite terrasse avec barbecue et parasols attenante à la cuisine, notre séjour ensoleillé a été d'autant plus appréciable. Le jardin ravira petits et grands, avec jeux, coins repos et une jolie vue surplombant le Cher (mention spéciale pour la brume du petit matin). Le gîte est idéalement situé entre Beauval et Chenonceaux. Enfin, Sylvie fut très serviable et disponible. Merci !

Wunderschönes geräumigges Haus mit Terrasse, Garten und Platz im Hof für das Auto. Ein schöner Ausblick auf die Ebene des Cher. Zu Fuß ca. 3 min zum Bäcker.
