Very quiet location, nice pool and lounge areas. Close to Narni, where you can easily shop or find a restaurant. Close to Rome, ideal for a day trip with the car. Leonardo, the host, was responsive in dealing with some unexpected technical issues.
A lot of stuff is not included - hand soap, trash bags, condiments (salt, pepper, sugar), coffee, detergent, dishwasher capsules etc. There are no insect screens. Fortunately, the host offered us a kitchen knife and dish sponge on request. We bought the rest. WiFi signal is poor inside the apartment.
