The facility was in a beautiful location, and had plenty of room, although the kitchen was a little cramped. There were lots of mosquitoes due to some of the screens having holes. The beds need new sheets. The elastic was stretched and kept coming off the corners of the bed. The water in the shower kept getting hot and cold constantly. Other than the few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular!

We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location

We had a great time at this wonderful house. You finde there everything you need and even more. The hosts are friendly and forthcoming. The communication was really smooth. It's the perfect place to relaxe.

The house and the garden with swimming pool are complete for a good holiday. The view is fantastic, especially when the sun goes down. Located very centrally for trips in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. Contact with the owner is good.
