The villa is in a quiet area, you can enjoy your time there by yourself. The pool areas is nice and definitely the highlight of the place.
Inside: The furniture is run down and old. There is no A/C. As the heating/cooking is with gas and the gas system is old, it smells a LOT also in one of the bed rooms. The kitchen is too small for such a big house and quite dark.
Outside: It was not clear that you need to walk down stairs to get to the pool, we ended up moving staff up and down all the time. The grass is almost gone around the house and there is quite a bit of dust and soil instead. The umbrelle for the kids pool is broken. The dogs of the owner run around all the time.
