The location was good with many restaurants and bars in the local area, as well as good transport links into the old town. the travel agents next door provided many reasonably priced options for walking and coach tours around the island.
The apartment was above a restaurant with lingering kitchen smells when the windows where open, but keeping the windows shut resulted in a very warm sleeping environment ( no A/C ).

Underground car parking next door. Plenty of restaurants, travel agencies and souvenir stores in the neighborhood. Good communication with staff.
Property located on a busy street. Lots of traffic noise until late at night.

The location is very good, near restaurants, bakery, public transport and supermarket
The room did not have air conditioning, very hot in the evening/ night. The bad smell every day from the bathroom, Very noise from the street if you open the glass balcony door. The glass balcony door was damaged, so we discovered it wouldn't lock, so not safe to leave any personal stuff. Part of the shower head was broken, so it fall down when we went to take shower.
