Accommodations are good. Clean and practical.

The general impression. Untrained, unknowledgable staff (most questions could not be answered, lack of English). We had a Bad Thunderstorm in the evening. The small kids had a show prepared. The water was coming from everywhere. Team was struggling with the electricity/water and at some point it started to get dangerous. All people could not leave as no where to go. The kids remained unseen behind curtains and were screaming. All questioned why they don’t stop the show. They released the kids. Electricity breakdown. No risk management. No plan. Instead of calming people down, the animation manager tried to be funny. 1 hour later we finally could go back to the bungalows. But due to electricity breakdown we could not enter the room. We had a bungalow with a tree growing through the terrace. Actually very pretty but due to the rain all was wet, including us as it was raining through the roof. After another 30 minutes electricity was working for a short while and we could enter. Thunderstorm happens but it was the failure of the management how to handle 100s of people to feel safe and secure. Despite this one time occasion, every Sport activity had to be paid. Tennis and paddle i have understanding but volleyball? Also they did not allow younger teenagers to play. We are in a holiday location not a professional tournament! Food was very good. But our kid was sick one night and wanted to stay home. We had a reservation and went with our other kid. We asked to take away some food after dinner for the one stayed at home. They said No! We ordered regular and they provided a box for take away but they charged the service fee (bread&butter) for the 4th person although we were 3 people. This leaves a Bad Taste of style. Again its a family holiday village.

Firstly, the pools. There are 3 and each one offers a different experience. One is lively and has the snack bar nearby, there is a quiet 'oasis' pool where the younger families and those wanting a less frantic experience hang out. The third offers lane swimming as well as a family zone. Secondly, the beach and the warm ocean. Thirdly the energy of the animators and the clubs for the kids. The lead animator was outstanding. The entertainment is varied daily and the shows are of good quality. The pool party was a highlight. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. From the outside the chalets look rustic but ours was clean, the aircon worked and comfortable although I wouldnt bring a cat to swing if that is your thing. Check in is easy and we loved the wrist bands which not only allow you to pay for food and drinks but also unlock your room so you do not need to bring your cards or worry about the room key.

Anything in this category is nit picking. There are many resturants and food outlets all of which offer something different but after 10 nights we were yearning for something different. Next time we will plan for some picnics on the beach or eating in the chalet. There is a reasonably well stocked market on site with a deli counter. A supermarket (CONAD) is nearby

פחות מתאים לתיירים בעיני ויותר למקומיים, מאוד מאוד עמוס והומה הרבה פעמים לא הצלחנו לעלות על השאטל עקב עומס ונאלצנו ללכת ברגל ממקום למקום בחום של אוגוסט.... חניה עמוסה מאוד, הביקתה היתה מאוד צפופה והמצעים באחת המיטות היו מלוכלכים, החליפו לנו אחרי שהתלוננו.

I spent 4 days in September. the resort was not full and there was enough space at the sea side and the pool. it’s a family place with hundreds of chalets in the pine forest. you have to leave the car in the park far away from the apartments, you have a free luggage transport when you arrive but if you want it when you leave you have to pay 10 €, not nice. the chalets are small, in the pictures they seemed to be larger. we were 2 adults and 1 infant (2 months) in a chalet for 4 people and we had problem because of the poor space. good point for the patio outside the chalet, but in the evening it was not so usable due to mosquitoes and dark (only one light far away from the tables). the apartmentwas not cleaned properly: dirty bed sheet with body hair in towels and u. spiders under the sink and the kitchen’s table. for services in the resort you can nicely use a bracelet for paying, the cost of services is very very high. A pizza or a breakfast it’s around 20% more expensive than outside. people @ reception and animators are nice and kinde. sincerely for a 4 star place I would expect more, for instance in space and clean. the only things of 4 star place were prices.
