About this villa rental
villa Palma è il luogo ideale per una piacevole e rilassata vacanza: per riposare, godere le cene “al fresco”, chiacchierare e giocare con i bambini. Dalle ampie porte finestre delle stanze della villa, si gode il prato appena rasato e la curiosa vegetazione . La villa è situata nella tenuta privata di Tombolino, lungo la costa della Maremma Toscana. Un passaggio privato attraverso le dune di sabbia porta alla spiaggia pubblica, distante circa 300 metri dalla villa.
DEPARTURE We kindly ask all guests to treat the property as if it was their own home by removing all general rubbish and food from the fridge and leaving the property in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness before the check out. If at check out the property is found to be damaged or particularly dirty than the guests will be charged €25 per hour for extra cleaning, which can be deducted from the security deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT+VISITOR’S TAX Upon arrival guests are asked to make a security deposit in cash of EUR 300 .At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Credit Cards not accepted.
The municipality charges each guest above 14 years of age a daily EUR 1,00 visitor’s tax. From May 1st to September 30th you will be asked to pay this tax upon arrival, the owners will then proceed to pass it on to the municipality.
These are non smoking houses, please only smoke outside. Please also avoid food in the bedrooms as organic wastes attract insects such as ants. Thank you!
Garbage:
Please make sure to take your garbage to public bins on the road situated outside the property. Never leave garbage outside of the houses as there are animals in the property.
