Beautiful property in a wonderful location. The room was large and spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a lovely seating area outside the room. Room 5 . Plenty of parking and close to Harrogate but away from it all. So peaceful! Sue & Mark were very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing.

This was the forth time we have staid with at Cold Cotes and have always found the property to be a lovely place to stay. The setting is nice comfortable feels a place that one can relax in when there. Sue, Mark and staff are always welcoming and make us feel at home. Great breakfast that sets you up for the day.
The farm next door can start early in the morning as farmers do. But not a problem.
