Nice , clean , good location , excellent breakfast
No tea coffee in room , lights in stair case very dim , no ironing facilities nor laundry services

Good location, nice and cooperative staff, excellent breakfast
Lack of coffee / tea machines in rooms , lack of ironing and laundry facilities, generally you expect from a 3 star hotel. But tea and coffee was freely available at reception and do was water. Lights in staircase were either fused or very dim with a danger of falling especially for those with impaired vision. Reported but not fixed during my stay.

Location was good. Walking distance from centre, beaches and trams. Near local shops and restaurants.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable beds too.
Friendly staffs. Breakfast was reasonable.
Breakfast were limited choices. Lift were not fitted with ac.

Location is good close to city and beaches.
The rooms were not as clean, the facility is smoking so the room had cigarette smell in the room.
The sheets and towels had bad smell.

"The hotel was situated very close to restaurants, shops and the main bus station. The hotel managers were all very helpful and were friendly, they did everything to make our stay comfortable."
