    It was the most horrific experience. The bed and bed sheets were damp. When asked for them to be changed I was told there’s no hous keeping available so I was told to do it myself. There was not even a single drop of drinking water. Shower room was horrendous and tiny toilet was awful. All in all the experience was nothing less than a nightmare

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Upon checking in, I was met with an overwhelming foul odor throughout the room and bathroom. The bathroom itself was dirty, and the towels provided were old and worn. Furthermore, my sleep was constantly disturbed by excessive noise from the next room. When I reported these issues to the staff, they were dismissive, stating the hotel was full and a room change was not possible. A subsequent request for a room freshener proved futile. The following morning, I discovered the provided iron was non-functional, and the showerhead was also broken. While maintenance did fix the shower, the series of unresolved problems and delays directly resulted in me missing my breakfast. The overall lack of cleanliness, functioning amenities, and helpful service was unacceptable.
