Lovely location, just what we was looking for, rooms are clean and nicely furnished
Bed is a bit soft but you cant accommodate everyone needs

The cleanliness of the property was spotless and the location was just right for the broads and and surroundings and only a short drive into Norwich.
The only thing I could maybe fault would be the mattress was a bit soft and springy for me but that is being a bit picky.

Good location for local amenities and nice size cottage
Floor boards extremely creaky, even moving on the bed was very loud.
Downstairs toilet doesn't work/fill up very quickly and could do with a bigger TV.
No check in info from booking.com so had to phone customer services to get property contact details.
