Beautiful cottage with great facilities including private hot tub

Lovely and warm. Hot tub a a real bonus.

Arrangement of bedroom furniture. Sloping ceilings in bedrooms, as barn conversions, meant it was a concern for adults sleeping in twin beds, to avoid banging their heads.

The property was very clean, and warm on arrival. The hot tub was also warm and ready to use. Couldn't fault the facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine , with free view satellite TV. The property is well placed for exploring the Norfolk broads. When I contacted the owner to report a problem, she immediately arranged for this to be sorted. I was very impressed and would definitely think about booking this property again.

Outside Jacuzzi excellent if not very private, the 3 bedrooms are very nice, ample parking

The fridge was far too small and old for just 2 of us let alone 6 if the barn was fully used, although the furniture in the living room looks good not so good when you actually sit on the settee, feels like it was made in 1950s, only 1 tv in the whole building I would expect a tv in every room for £175 per night
