Location is great, 3 minutes from the Vrissy beach. We had pool view and partly sea view from the balcony. The food was excellent especially dinner and also the staff is very helpful and kind. It’s a little bit old but clean hotel and we are very satisfied.

Nice food, clean rooms and friendly stuff

I’ve been here three times. The last time I had ants in the room. They cleaned it up, but the ants kept coming back, and I ignored it until the end of my stay because I realized I wasn’t going to get another room. Then, when I came again a week ago, as a woman traveling alone, I was given a ground floor room. I didn’t feel safe and asked for another one. On top of that, it was my birthday. I didn’t get a new room the first day, only the second. And it was much worse — with a view of the street and right next to the Costa Coffee roof, which gave off unbearable heat because it’s metal. I didn’t complain further because I saw that I would only get something worse. I was a bit disappointed because I paid for the room as if it were for two people, it was my birthday, and it was already my third stay. As for the staff and food, everything was fine, but I will definitely think twice about coming again.

The location is terrible loud music throughout the night, great for a lads holiday not so great for families, everything at the hotel is a holding charge, towels for the pool, borrowing an iron it’s a joke. They didn’t even provide water in the rooms. This hotel is more like a 3 star

Food was very good, great choice for everyone. Bottled water around the pool. 👍 Rooms cleaned daily. 🙌 Decent sized rooms. Music around the pool all day.

The pool is quite small, always packed. Sun loungers all taken by 7:30am. Only one pillow on each bed. No all inclusive on last day after 12pm even if you pay to extend your room.

Nice pool, good location but average compared to other places that I have been.

Reception Staff were excellent. Pool was really nice and always managed to get a sun lounger. Room was good (a little dated - but the whole place felt that way). Had a huge bed and a single in the room.

Other staff hit and miss in the restaurants. Some really friendly, some really unfriendly. We lost wifi in the room for half the trip which was a pain. Had to hire extras (iron, towels for by the pool) and a late checkout costs 50 Euros. Food was my biggest let down - perhaps I've just been spoilt elsewhere that I have stayed but it was very repetitive and not particularly well cooked. We didn't spend much time in the hotel in the evenings so can't comment on the evening entertainment.

There is not any kids area! Also it was such a mess and noise at adults’ pool as it was a polo game during the afternoon. Duration min 2hours! This happened to everyday! No chance to get some time to relax !

Great value for the money!!!

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants and bars, about 250 meters from the beach. The lobby is clean and very inviting. The room was nice, clean and roomy , with very comfortable beds and a great balcony overlooking the pool and some sea view. The breakfast was good with a wide range of foods and drinks. Dinner was excellent, every night different types of food and very tasty. The staff were helpful and attentive. Overall an excellent value for the money paid.

Lovely short stay

Amazing location right on Protaras strip ! Lovely clean public areas and rooms (beds are super cosy), great selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive plan, good entertainment staff and evening entertainment also

We were only here for 2 days, but the hotel was super busy as it was peak season, to say the size of the hotel you would of thought the pool would of been bigger though and it was always packed, lots of dead space around the pool which could of been utilised better

Nice hotel for a few days

Good location, close to beach and Protaras strip. Food was good, plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and worked hard to keep guests happy.

Although it’s not really the property’s fault, it would be good if they could introduce an allocated sunbed, rather than the guests put their towels down and leave them for hours before using them. Very frustrating to see beds with towels on very early in the morning.

We recently stayed at Odessa Beach Hotel in Protaras for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to the beautiful Beach and close to the lively main strip with shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, offering a complimentary drink on arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and partial sea views, which was a nice touch. The beds were cozy, and the air conditioning worked well, making for a good night’s sleep. The room came equipped with a fridge, kettle, and safe, and we appreciated the small welcome pack of water, nescafe, and tea. The food at the restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, with fresh options like eggs, pastries, and fruit. Dinner was equally impressive, with themed nights and plenty of choices, including vegetarian dishes. The staffs were attentive and made dining enjoyable. The pool area was clean and relaxing, though it could get busy, and securing a sunbed required some planning.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable room, most of the staff is very professional and helpful. the food has variety and is at a decent level. the price to stay is very reasonable and great value for money.

quality-wise, the food was not at the level expected from a four star hotel (rather like two or three star hotels). also, some of the staff (not all) were a bit unprofessional / unhelpful. however, overall, the impression was good, and very few things can be improved. I would certainly stay again for a similar price.

Full inclusive was good, but the cheapest wine in cyprus Sodap it's 1.29 a carton in supermarkets this is not acceptable, even full inclusive in Paphos use a decent wine like shoufas on chilled pump. Also, they need to upgrade the mattresses they are a little tired

Beautiful beach holiday

The food was outstanding, brekfast, lunch, and dinner. They did not lack of salt or spices. Drinks also good. Beds confortable. Powerful shower. Being on the 4th floor we had a nice view as well.

The lady on the receptionist in afternoon shift was very rood ,no smile on face show that she is doing her job by force . she did not even listen what is our point and needs . They did not change bedsheets i find hairs on it.

The breakfast had a good range and the chefs are good. The dinner was also good, different theme every night. but you must pay extra for your drinks. The location is convenient to the shops and beach, however Odessa only has a very small plot of beach (as all the hotels have a plot along the coast).

I did not like that the balcony faces inwards to the pool where all the other guests can easily view each other, no privacy (and on the sides). Plus the cheesy pop music and activities at the pool are all day long, super loud and annoying and go on late into the night. It was so disruptive that I couldn’t sleep (even over the loud AC) My room was also not cleaned once in the 3 days I was there. Paid for seaview which is just a tiny slither of sea I could see from the corner of the balcony. You must pay extra for the wifi and using the safe. The place is a lot more shabby than in the pictures, I’d call it more a 3 star. Wouldn’t recommend for young people, elderly or couples it’s like staying at a theme park.

The location was amazing right off the strip. The staff were lovely they let us check in early. The breakfast was lovely! Shower was nice and powerful.
