Great location, amazing food!

The location is great for a stopover on your way to South France. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast, the property was clean and comfortable, our dogs were very welcome and had a nice place to walk around. Lynne and Howard are really easy going hosts which make you feel welcome but also let you do your own ‘thing’.

Excellent hosts, very welcoming. They ensured that we (and our dog )were made comfortable. A great location for an overnight stop. Nice little private garden area with good facilities if you wanted to make a meal for yourself. We chose to have Lynn and Howard’s 3 course evening meal. Perfect.

Excellent hosts good pre arrival information and warm welcome.Lovely home cooked food. Was only one night but time for nice walk in countryside around. Clean, comfortable accommodation with some lovely personal touches which gave a homely feel. Facilities as advertised with all you need for longer stay. Hope to come back in future.

A very special place, which we’d give 10 out of 10.

Lovely place and welcome. So much more than a normal B and B. Lounge with dining area and kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Kitted out with thought. Everything spotless. English TV. Excellent WiFi. Private shaded patio with table and chairs. We couldn’t have asked for more. Dinner was delicious as was the French breakfast with our choice of hot chocolate, delivered on time, with a smile. Easy access by car to see all the area has to offer. We’d like to have stayed for weeks. Thank you. We’ll be returning.

Nice hosts, and perfect price-quality

The hosts were perfect! They made us delicious food, had excellent tips for hiking, and were very punctual. The location is very quiet at night, good for perfect sleeping. The area is beautiful and not very touristic which is exactly what we always look for. Thank you Lynn & Howard.

One night stopover to the south of Spain.

Very hospitable owners. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Communication is excellent, as soon as I booked, got immediately a welcome email, then the detailed direction to get to their home. And the offer of dinner if we required it. And most of all, peace and quiet, what one needs when covering a long haul to the south of Spain.

I can think of any, yet I would say you need a car to get around. We stayed one night to sleep and rest, and that is exactly what we got, comfort and undisturbed night rest.

Excellent, we will return

This is a wonderful place to stay for a short break or overnight. This is our third stay at Mouhet. Lynne and Howard are very welcoming; the bedroom, sitting room, terrace and bath/shower room are all well equipped. The surrounding area is well worth exploring - lakes, history, countryside. Recommended

Voor een overnachting een prima locatie, vlakbij de snelweg en toch heel rustig. Met de hond een heerlijk stuk kunnen wandelen. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijke en lieve mensen. Zowel het avondeten als het ontbijt waren prima. Zeker een aanrader als tussenstop op een langere reis.
