El personal tremendamente positivo y agradable. Cambio de habitación a petición para tener cama doble y ayuda en asuntos en la ciudad.
Algo anticuado de mobiliario pero todo funcionaba, así que bien.
La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena y el café tanto turco como expresso muy rico. El rakia también agradable.
Que el desayuno, siendo buenísimo no incluyese la bebida.
Ventana solo alta, pero también porque pedimos cambio de habitación para cama de matrimonio. Quizá mejores oscurecedores para personas de países con persianas omnipresentes como es España estaría mejor, pero como sabréis esto es casi una constante en los balcanes y en general en todo norte y este de Europa.
Mobiliario antiguo, pero bastante es hacer sobrevivir un hotel económico en ese contexto que si visitas Mitrovica, conocerás.
La limpieza bien (como para volver tranquilamente) pero habría detallitos que podrían estar algo mejor. Lo digo de forma constructiva y desde la claridad de que volveré sin duda, no penséis que estaba mal.

Gute Lage im - serbisch dominierten - Nordteil der Stadt, nah zur KFOR-bewachten Brücke, über die sich entspannt in den - albanisch dominierten - Südteil der Stadt wandeln lässt.
4-Sterne??? Niemals! Klappriger Kühlschrank direkt neben dem Bett, kein Trinkgefäß, nicht mal ein Zahnputzbecher, ein Großteil des Personals sprach nicht mal englisch und der Latte zum Frühstück musste extra bezahlt werden. Dass im Frühstückraum geraucht werden durfte, muss wohl als lokale Besonderheit angesehen werden.
