Qama Hotel

Location is great. Surrounded by some very nice bistros and restaurants and you also had everything you needed around: bakeries, markets, etc. Also parking from the hotel right behind the building, is guarded 24/7 and free of charge.

The guests might have damaged some appliances therefore it needs some maintenance of plugs, lights and hangers in toilets. But the facility looked new and very well invested.

There was s problem with the AC but staff solved it. This is not a 5 star hotel.

The staff was excellent, especially the receptionist Mrs. butterfly. She was outstanding very helpful very polite. Also the staff in the kitchen they have the best food that is and they were always available to serve you before you even ask him to the location was good even a bit far from the city center room service was outstanding they come every morning. They make up the room with extra towels and there is nothing you asked for without getting immediately. I highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for reasonable prices and comfortability. I’ll definitely come back if I come to the Syria to stay in the same hotel I give them 100% positive rating for the staff.

Too much construction going on around the property it’s not their fault, but it just was kinda hard when it comes to parking. You have to find a way around after 23 times you get used to it..

I liked how clean it was, the room looked good

The A/C was fixed so we weren't able to change the temperature and it became incredibly cold at night. The larger shower head wasn't working and because only half of the shower was closed, the bathroom became soaking wet due to all of the water.
