Mycket trevlig personal och riktig bra service. Rummet var fräscht välstädat och nyrenoverat. Mycket bra läge nära till allting.

Leider kein Frühstück, aber es wurde mir eine sehr gute Alternative angeboten.
Die Großzügkeit der Räume, deren Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit ist besonders zu erwähnen.
So ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal habe ich selten erlebt.
Meine vorzeitige Abreise ist so unkompliziert und freudlich abgearbeitet worden, auch die Rückzahlung der verlorenen Tage war absolut unkompliziert, obwohl ich mit einer Refundierung gar nicht gerechnet habe.
Ansichtssache: der Nachbar ist ein Friedhof, das ist halt gegeben. Nicht jeder fühlt sich dabei wohl.
Mir war es sehr recht, da in der Nacht vom Friedhof eher weniger Lärm kommt.

This was hands-down one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in—everything was spotless and shiny! But what really stood out was the excellent and genuinely helpful staff. They accommodated all our requests without hesitation: early check-in, an extra blanket, and even brought us an iron and board—all free of charge.
The hotel offers a laundry service for just 5€, which was super convenient. While it’s not located in the city center, a taxi ride costs only around 3€ to the center. There’s a bus stop (at the nearby gas station) near the hotel with a direct route to Pristina for travellers heading that way.
A special bonus for Finnish travelers—the owner speaks Finnish, which was a pleasant surprise!
This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Very nice stay—I would highly recommend it! Kiitos!
