The host family was warm and gracious. They made our stay wonderful! Our family loved the animals on the property and we made good use of the pool. Every room was cleaned every day. There was hot water for (short) showers and air conditioning. It was a great price for our stay. The grounds are lovely, the guest house is a brief walk from many great restaurants and the beach. Pemuteran was such a treat to get to know, and we will remember our hosts for a long time! :)

Mr. Putu was really nice, great location not far from main road, many restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable with open air bathroom. There are beautiful temple and beach 100 meters to the north.

The staff were lovely and helped organise scooters, diving for us. The diving took us away from the local beach out to a non-polluted area. We saw turtles, amazing fish and a shark. (small one) The dive masters were lovely. A restaurant at the end of the driveway called Waroeng Hoki 99 was amazing. It has a lovely pool and a very friendly cat. The turtle sanctuary was interesting - 5 min walk from the rooms.
We went to this area to snorkel around the statues in the water - but the pollution was so bad on the beach and in the water we did not go in. The shower in the bathroom did not have a roof and the hot water in 2 of the 3 rooms we had did not work. We were surprised that the resorts on the beach did not try and clean their are of the beach- they had plenty of staff standing around.
