Good location, cheap, pretty much box standard room
Ridiculously hot and stuffy with the window barely opening, paper thin walls (we could hear everyone’s conversations and bathroom habits), obvious signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling and a wet patch appeared when upstairs where taking a shower
