About this house rental
Villa Paloma is a charming south facing villa, recently renovated, with 3 large bedrooms all with AC and 2 bathrooms. With stunning sea views of the bay and a 10-minute walk from the Portet beach, sandy beach. A quiet house with a pool of 8 x 4 meter private, surrounded by gardens and private parking.
The house is located in one of the quietest areas of Portet, and we enjoy stunning ocean views. Spanish / English / German DTT, TV, satellite, WIFI, barbecue, equipped kitchen, a wonderful villa for a perfect holiday in the sun.
Rooms: First bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables
at night, lamps and air conditioning.
Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning.
Third bedroom with three single beds, dresser closet, bedside tables, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: A bathroom with tub and shower, toilet and sink.
Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen: New and fully equipped, with oven, induction, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and toaster. There is a large selection of cutlery, kitchen utensils and crockery, glasses, etc.
Salon: South facing, very sunny, the entire facade is a large window that allows enjoy the stunning pool and views of the gardens. Comfortable sofa and chairs, dresser and fireplace, satellite TV international television and WIFI
The dining room is an open space, bright and sunny, with large windows that lead directly to the pool and garden.
Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: Bed linen.
Services / Facilities: Private pool, Parking, Garden. Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Refrigerator / Freezer, Kitchen / stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing machine. Satellite and WIFI
The cove El Portet is within walking distance of the house, a beach with "Blue Flag". El Portet is one of the quietest areas, and exepcional location, the Mediterranean coast. There are two restaurants sitruados on the beach, very nice, and a gourmet restaurant "Le Dauphin" from where you can see the sunset. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days a year!
Golf. Two excellent golf courses nearby, Jack Nicholas golf Levante in Benidorm (35 minutes) and La Sella in Denia, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal (30 minute drive). There are also two golf courses of 9 holes in Javea and Moraira.

A wonderful stay in one of our favourite spots. The views from the villa are spectacular - day & night.Wonderfully equipped - everything you need to cook and enjoy the most of the spectacular kitchen views! Beds all super comfy and nicely decorated. Air con in bed rooms v welcome and fans elsewhere worked well. Pool was gorgeous - plenty of room for my three teens to race on inflatables and very impressed it was cleaned twice a week. The hosting team were super attentive and any questions quickly answered. They even went out of their way to collect me something from the pharmacy when my daughter was briefly unwell.We didn’t walk to the beach; we drove down the big hill and walked from there. Mercadona online shop delivered which was great! We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the beachfront restaurants, local supermarket for essentials and a few evenings into Moraira (10 mins drive max).We hope to return next year!

The house was fantastic, we arrived and were greeted by the owner and showed around the property.
One of the best villas I have stopped in. Views were amazing.
Would definitely recommend this as a holiday villa.
