About this villa rental
3/4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 8, 4 min walk to the beach.
Charming, traditional villa in tranquil, cul de sac location, only 4 -5 min easy, not steep( which is unusual for Moraira) walk to the sandy blue flagged El Portet beach with several cafes and restaurants to choose from.
About 10-15 min walk or 2 min drive along the cliff top with the most stunning views of the Bay below will take you to the central Moraira, where many more dining and shopping options are available, as well as 2 more beaches.
Just less than 100 m only to the beachfront Manet hotel
and the mini supermarket/bakery shop, offering the essentials, chilled drinks and fresh bakery.
The villa itself has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
Sitting behind the tall wooden gates, with a large wraparound garden, fully walled, bursting with palms, shrubs, cypresses and bougainvillea, Les Rocailles offers a private pool, BBQ area and both sunny and shaded terraces.
The large and sunny( sun all day) pool terrace has large lounging area fitted with a large corner sofa, sun loungers and parasols.
The pool has an outdoor shower, Roman steps for access and maintained twice a week during summer months.
All three bedrooms and the open plan living room are air conditioned and also cooled by ceiling fans.
There’s also downstairs separate reception room with the French doors opening up to the covered terrace, which can be used as a bedroom, as it’s fitted with a sofa, which converts into a double bed. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, including the induction hob, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer, and opens up through the double doors to the Bbq terrace.
There’s a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and a dryer.
The amenities include free WiFi, the fire stick tv with all the major tv channels on numerous languages, parking on premises, air conditioning, baby cot and baby chair, the linen and the towels, including the beach towels are included as well.

Amazing!!! We had the chance to stay for 5weeks in the house. We didn't visit the area as we had 2 young children plus a 2months old baby and stayed at the pool and the nearby beach everyday and it was absolutely perfect!!! The beach is lovely and 10min walk with children (and no hills!), very family and children friendly with no cars nearby . The pool was also great: very (very!) warm and far enough from the house not to be a threat for the children under swimming ages. The house is also well oriented with the outside diner area looking North and not directly exposed to the burning sun from breakfast to diner. No noise disturbance in the area (3 or 4night of music from neighbouring houses in 5weeks). Even if it s not a lively area, the small walking distance supernarket makes fresh bread and croissants everyday from 8h30a.m. Communication was easy. Would love to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here, had a bery homely feel. Beds are comfortable, equipped kitchen, enjoyed having a few bbq’s. The pool was divine for those hot summer days, quality sunloungers, perfect place for a rested holiday. Couple of restaurants locally they have amazing food at good prices. Moraira town has excellent bars and restaurants. A car is recommended if you want to do a supermarket shop. Will most definitely book again.

Really lovely villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Plenty of different seating areas and lovely pool. Very peaceful. About a five minute walk to the El Portet beach and about a ten minute drive into Moraira. Everything we needed was there for us.

This was our second stay here as a family and yet again the villa did not disappoint. The area is still as gorgeous as ever and we had an amazing time as we did the first time we stayed. Our girls, 6 and 3 love the pool and lizard hunting in the garden at night. Moraira/El Portet are such a lovely places and only ever change for the better every time we stay. Thank you again for the use of you fantastic villa and we cannot wait to visit again!!!
