New, clean apartments with a nice view.

Spotless cleanliness! Very helpful host. All kitchen utensils are available. Skibus stop 300 meters downhill towards the town center. Nice view at the church tower and ruins of the castle.

You need to bring /buy your own dishwashing liquid, dish sponge, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Very narrow bads in the smaller bedroom.

Tolerable quality, but not good value for money

Underground parking Heating works vey well, there is sufficient amount of hot water for showers. Privacy during stay - separate entrance Not far from the centre of the town - quite easy to find and reach even in the winter conditions. Dishwashing liquid available in the kitchen.

The appartment much smaller than on the photos, fully occupied even with 4 people - it would be very inconvenient for 6 people. Only 4 coffee cups and tea cups. There are no wine glasses in the kitchen, Small bedrooms, the furniture not fully useful. Insufficient light for reading in one of the bedrooms. No soap in the bathroom even for the first day. Pots of not very good quality - thin steel. There is no electric kettle to heat water for tea or coffee - you need to heat water in a pot. You cannot count on a good coffee at home, there is only a small aluminium moka pot. No power socket close to the table - dificult to power a computer, consider taking a power adaptor since bigger european plugs can be used only in the kitchen. There is a place for ski boots in the building - but drying doesn't work! - probably the drier is switched on for too short period. The boots in the morning are warm and wet inside... Consider taking your own drier. There is extra payment for towels and linen - 12 euro per person - not trivial to find in the description of the apartment, listed under facilities... Not listed under facilities but worth considering. - no dishwasher in the appartment - no ski room in the building, if you use your own skis the edges will likely get rusty during one week stay. As a frequent traveller to Dolomites and Alps for skiing - the apartment offers quite basic standard and you can find better quality and facilities for the same money.

sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Betten, genügend Platz, um länger zu bleiben. Hervoragende Lage, um die Berge und die Täler zu erkunden. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und äußerst nette und hilfbereite Gastgeber, die viele Tips zu unserem Aufenthalt gaben. Und natürlich die Ruhe und die gute Luft.
