Very convenient and comfortable

So conveniently located from main route from France to Switzerland and very easy to find. Staff with the keys were lovely, very friendly both on arrival and departure. Apartment was cosy and warm although cold outside. I will book again

A coffee making facility would have been nice, although there is a great Italian restaurant adjacent, and they are also open for coffee first thing in the morning. Next time I stay I will bring a coffee system

Great budget hotel

For a one night stopover for my family of 3, it was very comfortable and clean. It is a great budget hotel and near a supermarket, restaurant and cafes which makes it super convenient

No basic toiletries such as shampoo nor body wash. Perhaps we were expecting too much.

On Saturday 17 Juli 2021 we stayed with our 2 children at Trident for one night. Around midnight a party started in the complex on the 10th floor. Loud music, talking loud, laughing etc. Around 2.30 in the night the fire alarm went off. So in the middle of the night we, family with two kids, and the other guests had to evacuate their rooms on the 6th floor. Came out the guys from the 10th floor provoked the fire alarm. While waiting at the place where we had to gather outside, these guys threw down on us burning paper, empty bullets from laughing gas and other things. They were screaming and laughing. The concierge from Holiday Inn told us that he called the police, but in the end the party went on. There were about 20 guys in the apartment, which is for max 4 persons, the concierge said. According to the concierge the police came, but after they left the guys continued their party. Around 3.30/4.00 we went back to our room. Had the worst night ever. Because of this we were very tired when we continued our trip. I just don't understand that the guys who rented the room were not kicked out from the complex by the concierge. Instead they could stay and continue their party. In the morning we complaint with the receptionist from Holiday Inn. He told us that the police was called again several times, but did not come after the first time. We filed a complain in the morning. Did not get an answer from the hotel yet.

I would not like to stay in this hotel next time.

The room was quite clean and tidy.

There was no air-condition in the room, therefore it was too hot, sleeping was not really comfortable in that hot temperature. Breakfast was only a prepared morning package in a paper bag which had to be picked up at the reception. Deposit has been deducted from me in advance and hasn't been paid back since, even though we've already left the room days ago.

Disappointing

Not helpful staff. A very long time ago there was a good hotel, and now everything is broken. No clothes hangers. The handle on the refrigerator is broken. Some of the dishes are very dirty and not washed. No night lamp for milking reading. Very cold, the heating is turned on only in the bathroom in the morning for 30 minutes . I don't recommend it

Pleasant

The location is the main highlight because of the necessary amenities avaialble in the building complex and accessibility to the near by important tourist destinations. The second reason is the availabilty of parking space .

There was little confusion in finding the hotel once you are inside the premises ,also the check in process is confusing , it might be because of the covid or some kind of maintenance problem.

J’ai bien aimé avoir une cuisine aménagée, de l’espace, les chambres étaient bien aussi ; pour 4 personnes, c’est tout à fait raisonnable.

Concernant les points à améliorer, je n’ai rien de majeur à signaler. Peut-être quelques petits détails de confort selon les habitudes de chacun, mais dans l’ensemble le séjour a été agréable.

nieuw ingericht appartement , zeer aangenaam appartement op 10 verdieping wat een uitzichtpunt . Zeer goed gelegen voor doortocht

nieuw ingericht appartement, enkel min punten matras was nieuw met veren maar er was geen topmatras op daardoor waren de veren zeer goed de voelen wat niet comfortabele slapen . En frigo maakte zeer veel lawaai .
