Location to the highway.

The toilet was too smelly .. I reckon that was wee on the walls. There was no AC only an old fan that produces more noise than air..

Our reservation was cancelled without notice at 16:30 on the day of arrival and relocated

I had reserved two nights at this hotel. However, around 16:30 on the day of arrival, I was contacted and informed that I could no longer stay there, and that my reservation had been moved to another hotel in the area. Upon arrival at the new hotel, we were told that the rate per night was higher than what we had originally booked with Campanile, despite having made our reservation well in advance. Thankfully, the manager at the new hotel was kind enough to honour the original price. Still, I find the entire situation unacceptable. We were informed of this change at the last minute, with no prior warning or explanation, and almost ended up paying 40 euros more—through no fault of our own. If the situation were reversed, and we had cancelled at such short notice, we would likely be charged the full amount. Yet in this case, we received no compensation or formal apology for the inconvenience and stress caused. This is not how customers should be treated, and I sincerely hope measures are taken to avoid similar situations in the future.

- dirty - loud - unclean area - breakfast was mediocre, the breakfast room was dirty, cables were hanging out of the walls, the wall and wallpaper were dirty...

great place, great staff, but needs new beds !!!

Staff were absolutely lovely ; very friendly and we were treated like kings as regards whatever we wanted for breakfast eg extra croissants or extra anything ; nothing was too much trouble

bed/mattress was v poor and we struggled to get good nights sleep to be honest. Staff did say if they hadn't been fully booked that they'd have swapped our room but sadly they couldn't

Good place to stay for one night when on the road. Hotel is very basic but comfortable. Staff is friendly.

There were some weird people near/in the hotel. We woke up in the middle of the night because of our neighbour who kept screaming and fighting, we could literally hear every word through the thin walls of him screaming and hitting things for more than half an hour..

Campanile are all very similar so you know what you’re going to get. Food was good, service was good. it had a Aldi near by and a Chinese restaurant next door.

The bed was comfortable. No noise during the night. Good location. Easy access from the main road.

The rooms need a refresh, it's old and not well maintained. There was no dinner possible because of missing staff. They offered a pizza but it was burnt. Been using the Campanile hotels for years, this was the worst one ever.

Arrived in the afternoon, renovation work were going on, just outside my room. Thankfully they stopped at a reasonable time. But for several hours I had to endure sanders, polishing wood. Even my earplugs weren't enough.

The staff at the reception is not welcoming. Thay could not manage my credit card and wireless connection properly. Then a lady with experience came and sorted everything out. The staff I met did not speak english and I felt like being an unplesant guest for them. This is nto the way customer should be cheked in.

I had read some mediocre reviews, but I understood the hotel had been refurbished so we thought we'd try it. Usually we stay in an Ibis budget, but we were impressed by the clean and spacious room with kettle, towels, soap etc and liked the balcony external access to the room. Staff were friendly, the dog was only 5 euros for the night, and was permitted to go in the restaurant with us. There was a substantial continental breakfast that included meat, cheese, croissants, good coffee etc. We would certainly use again.
