L'appartement est spacieux et confortable.
La personne qui nous a remis les clés ne devrait pas louer cet appartement sur une plateforme comme Booking. J'avais indiqué la veille une arrivée entre 16 et 18h, en ajoutant que je préciserai l'heure exacte d'arrivée par téléphone le jour-même, en fonction des conditions du trafic car j'avais un long trajet à effectuer. Le jour de l'arrivée, j'ai prévenu la personne que nous arriverions finalement à 15h30, soit un peu plus tôt que prévu. La personne ne m'a pas répondu. En arrivant, je l'ai appelée et elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas venir tout de suite. Nous avons dû attendre 1h30 dans la voiture, avec deux enfants et après six heures de route. Quand elle est finalement arrivée à 17h, elle ne s'est pas excusée. Je lui ai expliqué que je trouvais cette manière de procéder incorrecte, notamment le fait qu'elle ne m'ait pas répondu lorsque j'ai prévenu que nous arriverions à 15h30 (le cas échéant nous aurions pu nous organiser). Elle m'a répondu de manière très désagréable qu'elle avait autre chose à faire et que ce n'était pas à elle d'attendre. C'est la première fois après de nombreuses expériences de locations touristiques que je suis confrontée à une personne aussi malaimable, qui n'a aucun sens de l'accueil, qui n'est pas formée à la relation client et n'en a manifestement rien à faire. Au passage, la clim fuit et le wifi ne fonctionne pas.

location was close to the metro, nice local cafes nearby, large shopping centre with food court across the road.
overall clean, but there was an issue with human hair in the bathroom, and the television did not work, which was reported but not actioned.
Building work from next door started at 8 am on Saturday morning and the noise from the garage doors was loud, which is next to the bedroom.
Also a few of the lamps did not work.

Very good location, and the host was nice.
The place is not very clean. Unfortunately it looks ok at first glance but once you look properly unfortunately is dirty and smells funny. The bed clothing and blankets needs a good wash. TV doesn't work and controls are broken and need battery. The place could be amazing but is not properly manage.
