温泉の質がとても良い良かった。 食事も量が適量で、美味しかった。 スタッフさんがとても診察だった。 偶然花火大会と重なり、宿から花火を鑑賞できた。

スタッフの声かけが丁寧であった。
大浴場に手すり等がなく湯船に入るときなど、高齢の母にはなかなか辛かったようだ。 朝食は値段が高いと思った。食後のちょっとしたデザートや珈琲がついてくるわけでもなく（ロビーには宿泊者専用の珈琲メーカーはあった）、値段の割には？？？と、すこしがっかりした。観光地ということもあるかもしれないが、残念。
