Great location, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. They even went above and beyond and made me a vegan breakfast!! when I said I don't eat meat. the view from the dining room is breathtaking. Even got some small gifts, which is always nice. The waffles in the room were so good that I went to buy some more at the reception! I couldn't recommend more. I really enjoyed my stay :) If you visit Yufuin you would really enjoy your stay here!

The private onsen were spectacular
I would’ve liked to have had the option for dinner, but the staff was excellent and pointed me to a beautiful Cafe overlooking a pond.
