This is a beautiful peaceful spacious property. With a large kitchen and some outside facilities. We were a 3 generation family group with two children (10 and 12) and all of us enjoyed the stay. Lovely fluffy towels, plenty of hot water, en suites in each room. Good air flow through the house in hot weather kept it cool.
Only a couple of points to note: The kitchen dining table is great but needs refinishing as the surface has become sticky with cleaning products - so take a sheet or large tablecloth if that bothers you. Also don’t rely on the mobile signal and internet connection due to location it is fairly low - so take some offline entertainment if you need some.

Super location with great views. All rooms large, well decorated. Very clean with information clearly labelled. High spec equipment eg washing machine, tumble drier eg. Well equipped for a large group with enough seating in lounge and kitchen ( which isn’t always the case at other venues). Easy access to Leek and attractions.
One oven door does not shut properly. Table in the kitchen sticky.
