beds and temperature in room were correct

Requested room near elevator; Instead,our room was at end of long hallway. Personell does NOT READ REQUESTS. I have a WALKING HANDICAP and had difficult time at this hotel/location. We will never again stay at any LANDZEIT hotels.

Room with bathtub and terrace with stunning views of Mondsee

We always enjoy coming back here. We love the terrace and the magical view of the lake... The stocked minibar, apples at the reception, and the bathtub in the room are also great! The price for the room is amazing at this time. The breakfast is expensive but perfect!

The restaurant closes at 7 pm. Otherwise, everything is great.

LandZeit stands for perfection. Freshness and hospitality.

The Mondsee is one of my favorite stopover places between Switzerland and Hungary. The rooms are spacious, the view is stunning, the restaurant and the food choice is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy that I can stay at one of the LandZeit hotels on my way back, as well.

I love this location but it's getting far too expensive for what it is. The three things that really annoyed me were that there is no air-conditioning, the staff hardly speak English and they come across ignorant and the ridiculous price

Large room, nice view from the balcony to the lake. Breakfast was good, but overrated.

Far from the city and other points of interests. Very expensive for the provided facilities, we even paid more than the price we booked - paid around 200€, instead of 156€ as booked on booking.com. Very expensive food at their restaurant.

easy access from the highway. beautiful view at Mondsee. Not noisy at all. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check-in closes early at 8:30 pm, as well as the restaurant. The TV didn‘t work at all.

Absolútne nezvládnutá komunikácia. Na hosťoch tu nikomu nezáleží.

Pri ubytovaní ma nikto neupozornil, že je potrebné do ubytovania prísť do 20,00 hod. Pri príchode do ubytovania bolo všetko zamknuté, nikde nebol žiadny kontakt, žiadna možnosť nejako sa spojiť s ubytovaním. Nakoľko sa jedná o hotel pri diaľnici, predpokladala som, že bude otvorený celú noc pre pocestných. Ostala som teda v noci bez možnosti ubytovania s malým dieťaťom v aute!! Na druhý deň som si v mailoch našla informáciu od ubytovania, ale bola poslaná neskoro, keď už som bola na ceste a počas šoférovania naozaj nekontrolujem mailovú schránku!

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Informationen für den Kunden fand ich auch sehr gut. Preisleistung stimmte, da es noch ein Jubiläumsrabatt gab.

Das Zimmer und Bad war nicht so sauber. Es hatte noch Haare und vermutlich Reste von Hundefutter (Trockenfutter) im Bad und im Eingangsbereich. Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht jedoch ok.

Das grosse Zimmer und vor allem die Lange, natürlich auch der gratis Parkplatz.

Die Reception nicht in der Unterkunft war und das Frühstück wäre zu teuer gewesen.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers Zimmergröße

1.Falsche Telefonauskunft betr. Zufahrtsmöglichkeit, pampige Antwort bei zweitem Anruf 2. Keine Hotelrezeption, Schlüsselübergabe an nur über Umwege ereichbarer Shop-Kassa 3. Überheiztes Zimmer, keine individuelle Regulierung 4. Keine Spur von Frühstücksbuffet, Service dauert ewig, daran ändern auch die wiederholten Entschuldigungen des Servicepersonals nichts 5. Anfragen und Mitteilungen an Kassenpersonal werden nach etwa 3. Wiederholung verstanden (z.b. Hinweis auf verstopften Abfluss der Badewanne) 6. Trotz der tollen Lage und des geräumigen Zimmers mit überquellender Minibar ist alles etwas abgewohnt und kommt auch als Etappenhotel nicht mehr in Frage. Schade!

Die tolle Aussicht auf den See

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, das Zimmer war so heiss wie in der Sauna!!!! Auf dem Balkon fehlte ein Sonnenschutz und es war zuwenig lesbar dass dies eine Autobahnraststätte ist das Restaurant war sehr teuer
