Apartment Kosović

The location was perfect… just outside Old Town, which was actually more convenient since cars and Ubers can pick you up and drop you off right at the property compared to Old Town that doesn’t have car access. The views of the sea and Old Town were beautiful. The apartment itself was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. I’m especially picky about bathrooms, and this one was immaculate, modern, and beautifully renovated. The host was also exceptional. Communication was excellent throughout our entire stay, and when we accidentally had an issue with our key one evening, he solve our issue in less than 10 minutes. We truly couldn’t have asked for better service or a better stay.

Nothing, we genuinely had a great experience and the property exceeded our expectations.

La ubicación muy buena cerca del casco antiguo, parking gratuito en la pta del apartamento, sofá nuevo, vistas desde la ventana, cama confortable.

No me gusto: que la cafetera es un sobre de nescafé tres en uno cuando en la descripción del apartamento pone cafetera, esperaba poder desayunar bien en el apartamento, no tenía tostadora, y que no tengan estropajo nuevo que en general ocurre en todos me parece ............. no cuesta dinero y es fundamental (siempre llevo uno nuevo), falta de limpieza en la cocina, y el jarrón de la habitación de matrimonio tenia el agua podrida, son detalles que mejorandolo harían de la estancia un 10.

Convenient location, 10 min walk downhill to old town on a main road. Private parking very convenient to explore the region by car. Spacious apt with separate bedroom and good size kitchen. Nice view from high floor. Next to two small supermarkets.

4th floor with no elevator, quite tiring considering the city already has lots of stairs and slopes. Ended up catching an Uber a couple of times to go back from old town. Very slow wifi, couldn't even backup all the pictures we took. There is only one air conditioning unit in the living room, which is not nearly strong enough to cool the entire apt, especially the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep comfortably in peak summer (the apt is on the top floor with large windows facing the sun). Overall hit and miss: nearby location, but lots of stairs. Has AC, but is too weak. Has wifi, but is too slow. Has a big cooking knife, but no chopping board. Has an oven, but no tray.
