Man musste an der Tür warten bis jemand kam beim Check-Inn, Fahrräder wurden zur Verfügung gestellt ohne Hinweis darauf, das und was sie kosten, extrem schwer zu händelnde Eingangstür (vor allem mit Fahrrad). Kein Aufzug für Gepäck.
