I found the host very helpful in accommodating us with our requests, such as staying later than our check out time. She was also very helpful when our car battery died which could have left us stranded without her assistance.
I don't think it could have been better. The place suited us very well.

The B&B is very clean and has a very spacious living-room, kitchen, sleeping room, garden,...
The lady of the house is friendly and helpfull.
The location of the B&B is close to the beach, not too far from Tel Aviv and in a reachable distance to Jerusalem and the black sea. A car is needed.
The terrace/garden is very noisy (close to the high-road)
The kitchen was not fully equipped
The towels and bed sheets were not replaced during our 6 day stayment
