Very nice staff and nice facilities, Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. The main floors of the Hotel are great.
The upper floor could use a facelift. Did not have the feel of a luxurious hotel. I paid for a nice room expecting a high end experience but unfortunately I ended up on the upper floor.

Nice launge area
Bathroom was not clean. Smelled like pee. The shower had lots of mold. The tub had dead bugs. The window did not have a screen so bugs came in. The AC was fine but was off when we came sk it was hot. The room was simply mediocre and not clean. Pool was really hot. Not cooled in any way like a warm tub.
Lots of stairs and steps to get to the room, and the floors were easy to trip on.
Massage was decent, and the room was clean.

Rooms where very nice
The service was poor. Staff smoking. No accommodation for requests. The breakfast service was great.
