Very convenient but quite location. Good value stay including a nice cooked breakfast.
Bathroom could do with an update/refurbish/deep clean and shower not very powerful with fluctuating temperature.

Big bedroom: comfy beds: great staff helped up park our trike in the garden: had a lovely soak in bath 👍

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a generous size which was handy as we had the dog with us. Big double aspect windows and plenty of wardrobe space.
The water pressure and temperature were not brilliant. It took a while for hot water to come through and the pressure would drop if others in the building were running water at the same time. The staff were really apologetic when we raised the issue and it seemed they were in the process of trying to sort it. But given the age of the building, it was understandable there might be pressure issues.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
Cider festival and my room overlooked the live music stage and crowd so everyone could see into my bedroom and me inside my bedroom no. 2. Therefore, I had to close the curtains as soon as I entered the room.
