Spacious and clean apartment
Everything was good. The host is very nice and even had so many tips on what to do in the region. We were there for the Cividale hillclimb and for that the location was perfect. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was clean.

loved this place would stay again
Location was excellent. Host was gracious and helpful. Great kitchen, laundry and ironing board. Very spacious apartment. Loved the iron. Comfortable bed. Apartment was located in a safe small town with lots of nightlife, great restaurants and plenty to see. It was within walking distance of the town centre and also close to supermarkets. Is was outstanding value for money. They owner was always helpful. She met us late to hand over the keys because we were delayed in picking up our car and she helped us find a place to fix our tyre. Parking in front of the apartment is safe and free. I will stay here again in future.
Hot water pressure in the shower took a while to build up. Fifty steps to the top and no lift.

nice apartment in a lovely part of Northern Italy.
large 2br apartment well located - about a 10 minute walk into the old town. the apartment was air conditioned and free parking was available directly out the front of the apartment. communication with the owner was good.
bathroom was a little tired but is due to be renovated in late 2022 according to the owner.

Well equipped for the rent paid
Plenty of storage. Some milk, coffee, biscuits to getus started. Friendly and responsive host. Nice garden with furniture - we didn't use because of mozzies day & night.
Single bed soft. Very hot in apartment. Only one fan for whole flat. Shower over the the bath was unpredictable temperature & difficult accessiblity of bath next to close wall.
