Beautiful location looking over fields - looked out one morning to see a hen on the lawn. Just over a mile to the town centre. While this wasn't a bed and breakfast arrangement the hosts provided a substantial welcoming pack which covered breakfast for the first few days,
Although we had planned to be out with family for most of the time and so weren't impacted tremendously the kitchen facilities were just a small microwave and kettle - we had brought a dozen eggs that we weren't able to use! If we'd been there for a full week we would have stocked up on ready meals - for which the facilities were just fine.

Although only small it had everything we needed for a 3 day stay . Spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated . Appreciated the Welcome pack on arrival consisting of bread , tea, coffee , milk, fruit, breakfast cereal , fresh orange juice. There are limited cooking facilities ( a microwave and a kettle ) which was fine for us as we did not intend to do much in terms of self catering. The owners , Pat and bill live in the attached property and were on hand to meet and greet us and were keen to make sure everything was as expected.
There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property . A slightly bigger fridge would have been nice but it wasn’t a major issue .

The location is simply beautiful,lovely views over the farmland from the bedroom and house is situated in stunning alpine like grounds. There is a private garden for guests to relax in and deer, squirrels and rabbits are part of the gorgeous surroundings. It is an idyllic little paradise. The hosts Pat and Bill make the stay so welcoming. The accommodation is absolutely immaculate.
