La parte della spa
Un errore sulla prenotazione, ho pagato una tripla e mi è stata data una camera in miniatura, dopo vari spostamenti hanno messo un letto in una camera leggermente più grande. Per farsi perdonare hanno offerto aperitivo e cena senza nessun altro costo oltre a quello della prenotazione iniziale. Fin qui capisco, un errore può succedere, soprattutto ad hotel pieno, ma la nota dolente è stata la cena:il sito vanta prodotti tipici trentini e meravigliosi piatti, invece tutto era finito, solo taglieri e pizza.... se avessimo saputo sarei andata da un'altra parte.
