Good but not for many suitcases .

Right off the A22 Perfect for a night stop heading towards the mountain . Nice breakfast

Perfect for quiet stopover

Nice little hotel with good parking in the centre of a lovely village. The room was warm and spacious with an outside balcony. Friendly staff.

It's on quite a busy road. The windows are modern and double glazed, but there was some traffic noise. But not a big deal.

Hidden gem with glorious outlook to Dolomites.

Easy stop, friendly reception and service. Everything made simple and very homestyle. Parking on site. Older property but very clean, comfortable and excellent hospitality. Homestyle meal was an unexpected bonus. Close to vineyards and great cable car, scenic skywalk and suspension bridge recommended by hotel personnel who had great knowledge of area. Brilliant outdoor experience for the teens we had with us.

We spent 1 night here . We liked the possibility to park the car at a private hotel space. The room is very modern, we liked the spacious shower. The bed was a little soft for us but it is subjective. The breakfast was very basic. We did not have an opportunity to explore the surrounding much. We only had a dinner at a restaurant (pizzeria) opposite the road, where we had a fantastic fish curry.

100% met my expectations. Cheap, very clean, 2 minutes from the motorway , parking. In addition crispy clean white linen bed covers and comfy bed. Perfect for either an overnight stop on route or an affordable longer stay.

Traditional "albergo" that checks all the right boxes

Great location very close to the highway exit, yet relatively quiet even with window open through the night (our room was into the garden). Excellent breakfast. Room was simple, but functional. The garden has some toys and a slide for children. The staff was super friendly. Ideal place for one night stay when travelling.

The rooms might welcome some improvement, especially giving them better insulated doors... they are clean and functional, but somewhat "worn".

We were traveling with 2 children and in need of a stay for 1 night as we were driving long distance. This friendly family run hotel provided great hospitality, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and good food. Very convenient with parking right at the hotel property. The breakfast was included and our kids loved the sweet buns. You get way more than expected for this price! We strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thank you!

It might be a good idea to remove the item "air conditioner" in the description of the accommodation at booking.com, since there is none... For us early summer night is still ok with chill natural wind.
