Absolutely gorgeous location! Very quiet, with lovely grounds, a large room, and delicious breakfast.
We didn't mind, but the location is about 5 miles outside of Cliffden town, so you do have to drive to get to pubs, restaurants, etc. That being said, I wish we could have stayed another night!

House was nice.
It was expensive and I expected more. Firstly there was no drinking water in the bedroom and I had to go down and find someone and ask for a glass of water. Then, breakfast was very disappointing. There was no fruit or pastries on the sideboard like in the photos. I got the pancakes but I think they were store bought and just heated up. A few slices of banana and 2 raspberries were all that accompanied them. Would not recommend.
