Great experience in a welcoming hotel in beautiful surroundings with access to the lake from hotel

The hotel was brought back to its original glory by the present owner a few years ago. She has put an enormous amount of love and attention to detail into the hotel to make it a welcoming and warm experience for the guests.

Fabulous hotel which truly exceeded our expectations.

Super lovely hotel, great sized room with large, comfortable bed and modern shower room. The presentation of the room and throughout the hotel was gorgeous with numerous Art Nouveau and Victorian furniture & antiquities. Beautiful garden sloping to the lake. The continental breakfast was just perfect, superb choice and beautifully presented (10/10 for sustainability as very little single use plastic) The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally stylish Guest House. Not only "stylish" but really made for guest comfort. Many little details that make life easier for travellers and guests. Great garden with lake access and a stunning view. One of the best breakfasts I´ve ever had in a hotel. Very helpful, friendly and supportive hosts - the owner family obviously loves to have guests!

We were disapointed.

The situation, near to the center in Pløn and near to the Colorline ferry in Kiel.

The room we got was not at all what we expected from the photos on internet. The owner should put out photos of the room we got too, and told us that that was the only one left - if that was the case.

Eine Zeitreise wert!

Dieses Mal haben wir nur ein Bett für eine Nacht benötigt, werden aber das nächste Mal wegen des Hauses selber anreisen. Es liegt direkt am See und verfügt über eine große Liegewiese und einen eigenen Badesteg. Das Hotel ist in einer stilgetreu restaurierten Jugendstilvilla untergebracht. Nach und nach werden auch die Zimmer liebevoll entsprechend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr regional, größtenteils hausgemacht - bis hin zur selbstgemachten Nussnugatcreme - und sehr gut. Selbstverständlich entsprechen auch Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Frühstücksraumes der Epoche. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Zeitreise.

Sehr stilvolles Haus mit viel Komfort und guter Lage in Plön, gerne wieder.

Das Hotel Seeufer liegt sehr ruhig am See und dennoch zentral in Plön. Alle Ziele in Plön konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Parkplatz steht am Haus zur Verfügung. Den Garten haben wir leider nicht genutzt, wäre im Sommer interessant. Der Charme des Hauses wird beim Frühstück extrem sichtbar, sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wie ein kleiner Zeitsprung in die schönen alten Tage.

Hier war alles in Ordnung, wenn man sich auf den Stil des Hauses und der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin einlässt :-)

Eine wunderschöne Reise in den Jugendstil

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, was im kompletten Jugendstil aufgeht. Es ist nicht nur der Bau, sondern alles In diesem Hotel ist eine Hommage an den Jugendstil. Bilder, möbel, gesandten Dekoration, selbst die Bäder sind an den Jugendstil angelehnt. Wunderschön!Die Hotel Leitung lebt die Liebe zum Jugendstil und es ist wunderschön, wenn man das Glück hat an so etwas teil zu haben. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch eine Fortführung des gesamten Stils, die Art und Weise, wie es zubereitet wurde, die Art und Weise, wie es präsentiert wurde, was es auf den Tellern zu und auf den Anrichten und Buffets, an vielen Speisen zu essen, gab war eine wahre Freude. Es ist auch nicht selbstverständlich, dass man freundlich Bewirtschaftung wird wird und auch ein Frühstück bekommt, was vor Ort zubereitet wird. Wir konnten uns sehr glücklich schätzen an diesem Ort untergekommen zu sein. Und von der Lage wollen wir gar nicht erst anfangen direkt am Plöner See ist eine Wucht.

Es war sehr erholsam und schön

ein sehr gutes Frühstück jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt überwiegend selbst hergestellte Speisen, alles sehr lecker, und die liebevolle Bewirtung haben wir noch nie zuvor erlebt

Ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstrasse in Plön mit hauseigenem Zugang zum See. Es wäre auch für mehr als eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise geeignet gewesen

Das Hotel hat Charme, die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und auskunftsfreudig. Der Seezugang zum Baden und Verweilen ist wunderbar. Das Frühstück vielfältig, besonders und reichlich und sehr stilvoll dekoriert.

Hotel kann man weiter empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war einfach traumhaft. Von allem etwas dabei und vieles selbst gemacht. Die Lage am Plöner See ist bei gutem Wetter sehr schön.

Es war ziemlich kalt und regnerisch, Da wäre die Heizung hilfreich gewesen. Leider hat sie im Bad nicht funktioniert. Das war sehr unangenehm. Der Cheffin wurde dies auch mitgeteilt.

Ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, mit einer sehr fürsorglichen, charmanten Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist in einem Stil eingerichtet, der einen umarmt und man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Anders als die neue Hotelgeneration, trotzdem einzigartig und wunderschön. Die Lage direkt am See, einzigartig, ein wunderschöner Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt.

Fina, bekväma rum med atmosfär. Trevlig värdinna. Frukostrummet var en dröm - varje detalj stämmer, man känner sig förflyttad tillbaka i tiden. Det skapar ett lugn. Själva frukosten är fantastisk. Köstliches Frühstück mit hausgemachten Aufstrichen, selbstgebackenem Brot, interessanten Marmeladen. Habe noch nie so ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück bekommen. Die Hotelchefin ist eine ganz zauberhafte, charmante und liebenswürdige Persönlichkeit. Sie ist es, die diese Produkte selbst herstellt. Hochachtung. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, machmal vom "bösen Regen" getrübt.

Angenehme Atmosphäre und stilvolle Einrichtung im Haus und im Hotelzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Frau Kuhlmann ist der gute "Geist" im Haus, stets freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wünsche wurden möglichst erfüllt. Wir begannen den Tag mit einem ausgezeichneten und reichhaltigen Frühstück (Ein Großteil der Speisen werden von Frau Kuhlmann selbst hergestellt).
