The place is very wonderful and the location is excellent. This is the best place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax and meditate. In addition to the wonderful staff who add value to your visit and to the place.

Lovely location. Too bad we could not see the lake from our room at all.

Unimpressed with the welcome and “digital” check in. No information on facilities. No information in the room either, nothing on Wi-Fi login etc. Very disappointed with the room. The booking I made said the junior suite would have view of the lake. It has no such thing. If I went 3 metres out in the garden, I could perhaps catch a little glimpse of water through the trees. The main bedroom was down in a dark basement, the exits/“windows” were blocked with steel coverings, would be impossible to get out in case of fire! Tried to ask for another room, but when I finally tracked down a staff member, they just shrugged me off and said that was not possible. Our upstairs room had windows out to the entrance, and as it was slightly lower than the walkway, everyone looked straight in through the windows when entering the building, so curtains had to remain closed. But the curtains were see through, making the room not very nice for our children sleeping there. We ended up having to use towels to block people from ooking straight into the kids in their beds from outside… They had made a bed for one of the kids in the sofa, just placed a single thin sheet over the seats… not very hygienic - never seen anything like it. I went to the main house to see if we could get some more sheets or towels (all of ours being used to cover the windows…), but all the doors were closed and locked, no one at any front desk to help. I also closed the front door to our building, they were wide open, so anyone could just walk in. Did not feel safe. The Wi-Fi was not good, off and on all the time, and phone reception inside was so so, making 5g also difficult. The kids liked the swimming pool, but some confusion about opening hours- the website said 18.00, other places 20.00. The steam sauna was closed with a “defekt“ sign on the door. C In total: Nice location, but overpriced for what we got. Missing a lot to qualify as 4 stars. Would not recommend staying with kids.

the staff was helpful but the rest was really not fun . Need to be improved

Check in digital : catastrophic , the trap which deserve the key is not working , spend 20 minutes to join and find solution .......finally no staff here , someone came in emergency to fix the issue . Wifi Wlan in the bedroom , veryyyyy low , web surfing was painful ! Acces to the building with steps and stones everywhere in the parking .... watchout to the wheels ! :( Bathroom lighting not really efficient and very wrong positionned No plugs close to the bedroom for reload your phone during the night , plugs all around but not where we suppose to need. Wednesday : Restaurant closed , no communication , no banner. in conclusion : lot of improvements to do ! and quite expensive regarding the issues / configuration of this hotel .

Spaceousness accommodation. Good beds. Pool and sauna.

Good be better cleaned: stains on stairs, pretzels previous occupants under couch. No stopper bathtub.

Spotless room. Lovely design. Spacious. Good parking.

Staff were stressed. Cleaning of communal areas iffy (but room was spotless). Check your bill on departure. The biggest let down was the duck poo all over the beach area and the fact you couldn’t swim from the beach. Seaweed everywhere and a rickety plastic jetty. The booking.com site promised SUPs and water toys but they were all broken and/or unavailable. Spa was nice, lovely in fact, but we wanted a lake side vista and it was just filthy with duck poo. We won’t return

room was good. my daughter and husband and baby booked same room at more expensive price but was give small room with no lake view as booked cot had hole in it for bsby to crawl out

restaurant only open at 5.30. didn’t tell us it was closed Thursday wet towels left in room on floor when room was made up asked several time for new towels said they didn’t have any

The interior decor was lovely. Our room, the spa and all communal areas were really nice, thought through and places where you wanted to spend time. Our room was big, beautiful design, clean and a great balcony.

The exterior needed love. We had really looked forward to swimming in the lake and using the SUPs the hotel had advertised were on loan. The view from the room was stunning but close up the beach was full of goose or duck poo and apparently all the SUPs are broken so no longer available. That was a big disappointment. The water by the hotel is also so shallow and full of growth we didn’t feel comfortable swimming. It looked a bit stale. Hotel was nice but service a bit hit and miss and we felt very much over priced.
