Fine, comfortable and a little charmless
Clean and comfortable room and good breakfast
After agreeing to my late check in time, I was surprised that there were no signs of life or instructions on arrival. I was just about to leave when someone showed up. It really wouldn’t have been difficult to include all the instructions for accessing the property and the room in a message - and then maybe leaving a nice welcoming light on to make it clear where my room was. At breakfast, I asked whether it would be possible to leave half an hour after the checkout out time knowing that perhaps all the rooms could be cleaned before mine, and the answer was a hard inflexible no. I work in the travel industry and know that it’s always possible to extend a checkout time…

Stay here and you will not be disappointed, I recommend it without any hesitation.

The staff/owners were all very pleasant and helpful and the room was definately comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was deliceous, with lots of choice, fresh food and freshly prepared coffe.

Location on countryside with nice garden and buildings. Nice breakfast. EV charging for 55cent/kwh AC, (equals about 69c for DC), is convenient for over night charging, but might be more expensive than supercharges on the road.

One of the nicest hotels at which we've ever stayed in Germany. Certainly would love to come back.
Great and idyllic location close to Plön. Room was large with beautiful view over countryside. Hearty and ample breakfast, staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return for a longer stay. Can't recommend it enough for comfort, relaxation and rejuvenation.

That we have to go 4km to have dinner. We wasn't aware that they didn't served dinner at Jägerhof.
