We will return here for sure there as we enjoyed our stay very much.
Very good breakfast with a nice view as the hotel is located on the shore of the lake. Food very good in the restaurant.

Ok standard, good value for money, clean, good breakfast and dinner at restaurant.
Very strange reception hours: 10-18. You usually arrive after 18 and leave before 10 if you travel for work. I came with an electric car and had checked that it was possible to charge the car at the hotel. However, when we arrived at 19 in the evening, the charger didn't work. There was no staff available to ask and no one answered calls or e-mails. The kind lady in the restaurant finally got hold of the manager who claimed he had activated the charger, but it didn't work anyway. He claimed that he could do nothing about it. Since there are very few available chargers along the roads in northern Germany, this was quite a stressful situation. However, the day after we finally got hold of a very nice young woman who worked at the hotel and who checked the fuses and found out that the fuse for the charger was broken. She quickly solved the problem and that evening we could finally charge the car. So it ended well. But the initial service from the hotel manager was not very nice or helpful, so on average a low score for staff.

A great place where you can relax and also enjoy a good meal.
A wonderful place, quite, calm and with a fantastic view. We loved it and will return. We went for a walk in the woods, to the other village and took the boat back.
The breakfast can be improved, it was ok but a bit boring. The scrambled eggs needs to be better, the müsli can also be improved. We missed a refrigirator on the room as well as a kettle. Found a kettle in the hall, but the refrigirator was not working.

Eine nette,freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiterin und eine höfliche Mitarbeiterin im Restauran; freundlicher Empfang und Kontakt auch schon vorab mit der Chefin. Zimmer geräumig. Speisen im Restaurant vom Chef ausgesprochen gut .
