Really helpful staff. Clean room.
4 glasses in room but no water. Liquid soap in shower was mixed with water, or really cheap soap.

Moc hezký hotel, snadně dostupné parkování hned u hotelu. Pokoje hezky zařízené. Všude čisto a uklizeno. Snídani nemohu bohužel hodnotit, jelikož jsem jí vynechal. Až zase příště pojedu do Košic, bude tento hotel preferovaná volba.
Nemám co vytknout, vše bylo v naprostém pořádku.

Oldschool interior... I don't think this is 4* hotel, more like 3... And the location is not best, it is outside of Kosice in small village.

Palvelu huonoa. Saavuimme myöhään hotellille niin henkilökunta oli tosi töykeetä. Yöllä joku tuli huoneeseemme omalla avain kortilla. Emme uskaltanut nukkua sen jälkeen. Mieheni sanoi siitä aamulla respassa mutta eivät välittäneet.
